          A low-noise block downconverter (or LNB) is the receiving device of a parabolic satellite dish antenna of the type commonly used for satellite TV reception.An LNBF (Low Noise Block-Down Feedhorn) Converter is a type of satellite dish that is used for satellite television and Internet access. It includes a device known as a feedhorn that is responsible for collecting radio signals reflected off of a parabolic dish. LNBFs are the most common form of LNBs and are necessary in order for subscribers to receive high speed Internet and television services via satellite.LNBFs are used for a wide variety of applications, the most popular being television and Internet access.
